'Making Money in Wireless' Session

The 2012 Canadian Wireless Trade Show will feature the seminar, "Making Money in Wireless: How To Grow Your Business by $20-30K Per Location in 2012,” in Toronto this September. The workshop is being offered by show organizers and Corporate Dynamics Inc., the industry’s leading training and consulting firm.

Mark Landiak will be leading this high-impact/high-return session on Wednesday, September 12 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Landiak is widely recognized as America’s #1 consultant to independent wireless retailers. He has helped dealers large and small to boost, and sustain, their profitability.

Included will be an overview of the highly-touted Beat Your Best™ process - a proven performance management system for improving sales. Other topics to be included are: improving staff recruitment and retention, optimizing operational efficiencies, and low/no cost methods to boost traffic.
