WiBOC Launches the First-Ever Retail Store Manager Certification Program Dedicated Specifically for Wireless Dealers

NAPERVILLE, IL (March 21, 2008)-  The Wireless Business Owners Consortium, WiBOC, has officially launched the Wireless Retail Store Manager Certification Program.  The Wireless Retail Store Manager Certification is a comprehensive certification program that ensures a Wireless Retail Store Manager is equipped to run a wireless retail store profitably and proficiently.  It was developed by Corporate Dynamics, Inc., the premier training and consulting firm in the wireless industry.

All too often sales reps that are top producers are promoted to manager despite their lack of managerial skills necessary to run a store.  Often this negatively impacts a store performance.  This in-depth certification program helps transition a retail sales rep into becoming a successful store manager.  It covers the key areas that are essential to becoming a competent and proficient wireless retail store manager; including Hiring New Employees, Staff Retention, and Becoming a Highly Productive Retail Store Manager.  This management certification program is the first of its kind in the wireless industry.

Attendees of the Wireless Retail Store Manager Certification Program participate in classroom-style lectures, role-playing activities and networking opportunities led by Mark Landiak, President of Corporate Dynamics, Inc., the premier training and consulting firm in the wireless industry.   At the end of the session, each attendee creates a 30-60-90 day action plan that they will review with their owner/district manager.  At the end of the 90 days, if the manager accomplishes their goals their manager will sign-off upon completion and he or she will receive their Wireless Retail Store Manager Certification.
