WiBOC is proud to announce the launch of the Wireless Retail Store Manager Certification.  This program was developed on the premise that the majority of wireless retail store managers are promoted to a management position due to their stellar sales skills.  However, many newly promoted store managers don’t know the first thing about profitably managing a wireless business!  This 3-day certification program will cover the key areas that are essential to becoming a competent and proficient wireless retail store manager.

At the end of the instructor-led course, each participant will take a knowledge test to assess their comprehension of what they learned in the preceding three days.  

 

However, the Certification doesn’t stop there!  30-60-90 days following the training, each participant will review with their owner/area (district) manager their Action Plan that they created in class.  After each review, the owner will sign-off on completion.  At the end of 90 days if the manager has accomplished what they had set out to do, they will receive their Wireless Retail Store Manager Certification.
